My Comment: Journalists love reporting court cases and environmental litigation has always been as much about bringing awareness to an issue as the substantive result. A good thing since the vast majority of cases do not succeed. This article is interesting in highlighting the new breed of young environmentalist behind these cases and the stark dilemma facing unlikely countries such as Norway that are desperate to promote their green credentials whilst having built their entire economies around fossil fuels.
