Open Spaces

My travels invariably find their focus in the natural world; in the wild, open spaces. I have trekked in the Rwenzori ‘Mountains of the Moon’ in Uganda (pic above), in the Annapurna region of the Himalayas, and in the deserts of Northern Kenya. Closer to home I have walked Coast to Coast from North to South Devon and covered hundreds of miles along the South West Coast Path.

Walking in the natural world is truly a wonderful thing…”

Africa is a continent I have visited many times. In particular I have produced media for a criminal justice project in Malawi (Malawi Bail Project), a community wildlife conservancy in Tsavo, Kenya (Lumo Conservancy) and a community education project on the Kenyan coast (Etatu). In Vietnam I have worked with anti trafficking NGO Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation in Hanoi, and trekked in the Northern Mountain region.
