Trail Notes

Having done quite a bit of inland trekking over the years, including the Ruwenzori Mountains in Uganda, the Annapurna's in Nepal, the deserts of Northern Kenya and the jungles of Northern Vietnam, I now tend to focus on coastal trails and like nothing better than a good hard walk on a beautiful unspoilt stretch of coastline ending in a refreshing dip in the ocean.

In case anyone is interested in locations, routes etc I thought I’d post some notes here from some of my walks/trips.
